Fees
Fees for the academic year 2011 - 2012 are set as follows:
Double Occupancy is $5,600 ($2,800 per semester)
Single Occupancy is $6,600 ($3,300 per semester)
All fees cover room AND board for the entire school year in addition to utilities, cable, Internet, laundry, etc. Steel House has all the amenities of any on-campus living group.
Fees are due NO LATER than September 1st (fall semester) and February 1st (spring semester). Fees are paid directly to Steel House Inc and cannot be deducted from the student's account. Although Steel House is part of the on-campus living system, all housing fees are paid directly to Steel House.
Payment plans are available on a need-only basis. All payment plans come with finance charges. All fees paid by the end of September (fall Semester) or February (spring semester) will NOT receive any finance charges. Because Steel House is required to make full payments to the fraternity we rent from, we must have the bulk of funds up front.
