Reserving a Space
Once you've made the decision to live in Steel House, the first step is to send a $250 deposit with the signed "House Agreement" form. Only the two pages requiring information need to be sent with the deposit.

Write Check to "Steel House Inc." and mail it to: Advisory Board, Steel House, PO Box 3045, Moscow, ID 83843
- Include with the deposit the two pages of the House Agreement
- The Income Disclosure can be sent right away or at a later date
- Do NOT send in the Steel House Constitution form. This is always filled out at the first meeting once all the changes have been approved.
- Once the deposit has been received, you may choose a room or a roommate.
- Move-in dates will be posted on the calendar part of this web site.
- There is no official agreement for "summer dwellers." The housing agreement is ONLY for the academic school year. However, residents may stay in the house over the summer. Rates vary and will be posted as they are available.
